Melusi makes a comeback

He’s been around the soapie block – a sought-after doctor on Muvhango, a no-nonsense lawyer on SABC1’s hit drama series Sokhulu & Partners and the high-flying businessman Phenyo Dlomo on Generations.

He hasn’t done too badly with women either. His fame, combined with his well-toned body, sexy voice and a charming smile have made him a popular target.

He seemed to have it all.But the good life of actor Melusi Teni soon started to unravel. From baby mama drama to rumours of depression, from being fired to a highly-publicised hospitalisation at the beginning of the year – it’s safe to say that the popular actor has been going through hard times.

However, we’re delighted to report that the 38-year-old actor is finally making his comeback. He’s crawling out the woodwork and onto e.tv’s Rhythm City to play one of the soapie’s lead characters.
