Learn a thing or two from Miss SA finalist Dipalesa Mbola about nutrition

Don’t skip breakfast – it may sound like a cliché but it’s very important. (I usually eat muesli and peanut butter!)

Have healthy snacks between meals to keep up your energy levels.

Provitas, fruit and dried fruit make wonderful snacks.

Whenever you feel the urge to have a soft drink, choose a bottle of water instead.

Try not to eat after 7 pm as you don’t move around much afterwards.

And always have your veggies steamed.
