Learn a thing or two from Miss SA finalist Julia Petersen about nutrition.

Good breakfast options are oats with berries or egg whites with one egg yolk and a slice of health bread.

For lunch and dinner, eat vegetables with fish or chicken. Have a sweat potato (at lunchtime only) if you’re exercising and are still hungry.

Eat plenty of salad and soup.

Limit cheese – in fact, only fat-free cottage cheese will do.

Snack on almonds, vegetables, cottage cheese, protein shakes and berries.

And have a “cheat” meal once a week as a reward.
