Nigeria church collapse: Bodies finally home

Two months after the tragic Nigerian church collapse, some families can at long last lay their relatives to rest as their bodies have been repatriated to South Africa.

As the names of the deceased were read out at the memorial service, family members battled to hold back their tears. In one instance, paramedics came rushing in to assist ?a fainting woman and took her into the first aid tent for treatment.

The emotional ceremony came a few hours after the plane carrying 74 bodies finally touched down at the Air Force Base Waterkloof, Gauteng,  on the morning of Sunday 16 November.
