No-confidence appeal against Zuma dismissed

The Constitutional Court has dismissed an application related to attempts by the DA to have a no-confidence debate against President Jacob Zuma in Parliament.

"The appeal is dismissed," Judge Dikgang Moseneke said. The application was for, among other things, an order declaring that Parliament has failed to fulfil a constitutional obligation when the debate did not take place.
