In a statement, the record company claimed that they no longer share the same vision.

However, it has been revealed that Nomuzi, also known as Moozlie, is one of the three new faces joining Vuzu Amp, following in the footsteps of luminaries like DJ Speedsta, Lalla Hirayama, Mthoko Mkhathini from hip hop trio Dreamteam and Shane Eagle from The Hustler. It is said that former Generations actress Denise Zimba and Shelton Forbes will be leaving V-Entertainment.

Nomuzi, originally from Benoni has been a VJ (Video Jockey) before.

“I feel like I have been in the entertainment industry for a long time, I have done so many things and cemented myself, so my diversity is what I’ll offer. I will also provide a trendy fashion element,” she explained.

Sphumelele Sibeko, M-Net’s Head of Reality Programming for Local Entertainment Channels, says that with each new presenter bringing their own flair to the mix the new line-up is bound to take the channel to another level.

“VUZU AMP is a young, innovative brand that is synonymous with all things fresh. We understand that we need to keep reinventing the brand through its people,” Sibeko announced.
