Nut and pretzel chocolate clusters

400 g dark chocolate

200 g mixed nuts, chopped

200 g pretzels, chopped

1 Break the chocolate into blocks in a large heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water, stirring until melted.

2 Mix the nut and pretzels through the melted chocolate until everything is covered by the chocolate.

3 Place baking paper on a large baking sheet and spoon heaps of the nut mixture onto the sheet. Leave to cool and harden completely.
