Pork chop and potato pan dinner

Don’t use every pot in your kitchen, use only a roasting pan to make this tasty meal

Serves: 4-6

Cooking: 30 min

45 ml (3 T) olive oil

6 pork chops

700 g baby potatoes

15 ml (1 T) barbecue spice

10 ml (2 t) smoked paprika

15 ml (1 T) dried oregano

salt and black pepper

handful fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Grease a roasting pan.

  1. Put the pork chops and potatoes in the pan, drizzle the olive oil over and toss well. In a small bowl mix the spices and herbs together and rub over the pork chops and potatoes.
  2. Put the pan in the oven and roast for 30 minutes or until the chops are cooked through and the potatoes are soft.
