Solly Moholo was a no-show at a Gospel event that happened at Langa Stadium, Cape Town.

The multi-award winning Gospel singer reportedly let fans and promoter, Zuko Jonas down for the star studded gospel event.

According to Daily Sun, word from Moholo’s camp is that the R35 000 they were paid was not enough after deducting R19 000 for plane tickets.

Jonas is reported to have said Solly and band were to drive down to Cape Town, not fly. He now wants them to pay back the money. Solly Moholo’s manager, Steve Masombuka said they’re willing to refund the money. “We can try to refund him if he demands it,” Masombuka said. Moholo was not the only one who didn’t show up; Reverend Nkomfa Mkabile also didn’t pitch up allegedly due to oversleeping from taking medication after he was involved in an accident.
