Raven Symone caused a stir on Oprah's Where Are They Now? when she confessed her love for another woman...and also said she didn't want to be labeled an "African American", reports theybf.com.

Raven and Oprah discussed her transition from child star to adult, self-doubt, her college course works and an interesting segment on love and labels, reports the celebrity gossip site.

On her "coming out" tweet:

"That was my way of saying I'm proud of the country. But I will say that I'm in an amazing, happy relationship with my partner, a woman."

On the "gay" label:

"I don't want to be labeled as gay. I want to be labeled as a human who loves humans. I'm tired of being labeled. I'm an American. I'm not an African-American, I'm an American."
