Shocking Footage: Chelsea football fans proudly racist

Footage has emerged which appears to show Chelsea football fans preventing a black man from boarding a Paris train.

The video, posted online shows, the black commuter apparently trying to board a metro train in the French capital, but a group of football fans are shown shouting at and gesturing to him before pushing him out of the carriage when he steps in.

They are seen gloating: "We're racist, we're racist and that's the way we like it."

The footage was obtained by the Guardian, which reported that the incident happened at Richelieu-Drouot station in the centre of the French capital on Tuesday evening. Chelsea fans were in the French capital to watch their side draw 1-1 with Paris St Germain in the first leg of the last 16 tie of the Champions League.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter and UEFA have joined Chelsea in condemning an incident captured on video in the Paris metro, showing Chelsea fans pushing a black man off a train and chanting "we're racist".

Chelsea released a statement condemning the incident and said it will take action if members are found to be involved. "Such behaviour is abhorrent and has no place in football or society," the club said.
