Don’t have time to exercise?

Experts recommend that individuals who don’t have any health problems aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise (for example, a brisk walk) every day. Aim for at least 150 minutes per week (five sessions per week).

Anyone who is overweight or has health concerns should first consult their general practitioner, before starting any exercise programme.
