The problem is that when it comes to sex he is so boring, I’ve asked him many times why can’t he touch me and change positions. He just keeps quiet

Question

I'm 23 and I've been in a long-term relationship with my boyfriend who is 36.

We love each other deeply and haven’t faced any bad challenges in our relationship. The problem is that when it comes to sex he is so boring.

I’ve asked him many times why can’t he touch me and change positions. He just keeps quiet. I don’t know if I’m pushing him too hard or not.

What can I do?

BRA MO ANSWERS

Men are incredibly sensitive and the last thing we want to hear from our partners is that we are not good.

However we should also realise that we cannot think of ourselves as studs and Casanovas.

I wonder if he has always been like this or if it is a recent behaviour. Ideally, you should find out if he is not stressed, which will affect his libido.

Broach the subject of intimacy in a way that doesn’t feel like you are complaining or attacking him. Bringing up the conversation when you are doing the deed is a mood killer.

Do it when both of you are relaxed and there is no distraction.
