1. If you are hungry, eat a proper meal It is important to note that a craving is not the same as hunger. When you feel it approach; prepare a proper meal. 2. Take a hot shower The water must be hot; not so hot that you burn your skin, but hot enough that it is on the verge of feeling uncomfortable. It will give you the 'dazed' feeling and kick your cravings away. 3. Take a walk Distance yourself from the carvings. The walk will help release endorphins;“feel good” chemicals in your brain, which can help turn the craving off.
