Truck driver's case postponed

The case against a truck driver arrested on four counts of culpable homicide and a single charge of reckless and negligent driving was postponed in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court.

The case against a truck driver arrested on four counts of culpable homicide and a single charge of reckless and negligent driving was postponed in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court on Thursday. The case against Isaac Wade Moruding was postponed to October 22 for a formal bail application.

Four people were killed when the truck allegedly driven by him ploughed into early morning traffic on Tuesday.

At least 16 people were injured in the accident.
