The 'Braamfontein' lion is still on everyone's lips. The lion whose name has been confirmed to be Colombus was spotted on the streets of Braamfontein on Tuesday evening. Colombus was confirmed to have been part of a local movie which had scenes shot that night. According to CityBuzz, The Lion Park confirmed that Colombus was being used for a local movie and that he has also starred in Hollywood blockbuster Blended shot in South Africa in 2014.  Speaking Eyewitness news Lion park's Shandor Larenty said; “There is no lion running around in Johannesburg. When we had the lion out there, the area was central and the roads were closed so no one was in any danger. Extra security measures were taken to ensure the safety of the crew as well as the people in the area." Social media is still abuzz with Colombus's appearance on the streets of Braamfontein;
