Former National Assembly Public Enterprises Portfolio Committee chairperson Vytjie Mentor is launching her self-published book No Holy Cows.

The book tells the story of her life and her involvement in ruling party politics.

One damning claim from the book describes a sexual harassment incident involving Jacob Zuma, before he was fired as deputy president by Thabo Mbeki.

"Zuma tried his luck on me twice and I dealt with him," Mentor said during the launch of the book. She added that she should have come forward at that time to expose Zuma for his sexual harassment but she is glad she has said it now.

Mentor went on to say that in the book she doesn't hide people's names, she calls everyone by their real names.

"If they want to take me to court, they are welcome to," she said. "I would love to meet Zuma in court. He has been evading court for so long," Mentor added.

Mentor made headlines in March 2016 after saying she was offered the post of Public Enterprises Minister at the Gupta family's mansion.

No Holy Cows is available from tomorrow evening.
