Here’s a regimen that will help you deal with the humidity and increased manipulation in this season.

Here’s a regimen that will help you deal with the humidity and increased manipulation in this season:

  • Wash your hair once a week
  • Apply a light protein every week
  • Deep condition every week under a hooded dryer or steamer for 15 minutes or in a shower cap and heated towel for 30 to 45 minutes
  • Apply serums and leave-ins
  • Air dry, roller set, or blow dry hair and then style as desired
  • Moisturise hair daily and remember to use coconut oil or jojoba oil to seal
  • Relax every 14 weeks or so

Keep the regimen simple and follow religiously.
