Sowetans will for the first time be part the annual FNB Whisky Live Festival which is on its 11th edition.

The festival has identified Soweto as one of the most exciting and fast growing whisky markets in SA and the first ever FNB Whisky Live Festival will be hosted in the heart of Soweto two weeks prior to the ever popular Sandton FNB Whisky Live Festival.

The festival will be in Soweto as from 24 – 26 October 2013. The festival is an opportunity for people to understand the beverage and Brandhouse Flavour Zone will help you choose a single malt based on its flavour by comparing it to ones you may already be familiar with. One of the most expensive bottles of whisky on display at this year’s festival will be the Dalmore Aurora, retailing for a mere R51, 600. There will be both local and international products on display and festival attendees will get a chance to taste and learn about all kinds of brands of whiskys.

Five double tickets are up for grabs to the Soweto FNB Whisky Live Festival.   Where is FNB Whisky Live Festival taking place on 24 October 2013? To enter, sms Whisky + your answer (Soweto) + name + email to 34926

NB: Winners are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation. This giveaway is ONLY a ticket to gain you entry at the festival. The tickets are ONLY valid for 24 October.
