Fatigue is an unfortunate part of our busy lives, with all the responsibilities we have to juggle.

There are ways to improve your energy levels and it's important to ensure your fatigue is not continuous or abnormally extreme.

Here are some tips for the odd case of exhaustion - how to spot it and how to remedy it:

You're trying to do it all

While delegating might be a concept completely foreign to you - it might be useful to explore and is likely to save you a few hours in the day.

You eat all the wrong foods

Making simple changes to your diet  like having less sugar and fat in your meals can have you  seeing improvements to your energy. Also ensure you're having all your vitamins packed into your meals.

You're not resting enough

When last did you have a day off or go on holiday? If your weekends are dedicated to overtime all the time, you're in trouble.  Your body was not meant to be on overdrive without rest.

You're not exercising enough, or at all

Not only is exercise a natural stress reliever, it also helps boost your energy and makes you feel less fatigued.
