Why even the Constitutional Court has lost its integrity

On Monday the Con Court knocked back the application by the Africa Unite Party to challenge the IEC on the right to stand for public office, section 19 . The argument we had was supreme and we would have won hands down... but the court chucked it out on a technicality - why? because it would have caused chaos in the elections and even the dates may have had to change for May to allow smaler parties the chance to participate. So they threw it out and to carry on the fight... we will need to form a coalition of parties protesting against the high security deposit. What I learned from all of this however is this...even the CON court is corrupt. They should have not chcuked it out on a frivolity...this means the little man is still just the little man and big interests still control this country with a tight rein... shame on you guys..! you are there to protect the constituion... today u proved its fit for toilet paper in your eyes. !

Smaller parties, notably, took a beating. AGANG never made it to the start and COPE became a footnote. The IFP's support was halved, a prime reason being the NFP (IFP rebels), entering the KZN political arena.
