London - British royal officials announced the full guest list on Thursday for the wedding this weekend of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles.

Although about 800 people will attend a post-wedding religious blessing, the civil ceremony itself at Windsor Guildhall, just west of London, will be a select affair with only 28 guests.

These include the bulk of the royal family, with the exception of Charles's parents - Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip.

The guests are:

Prince William and Prince Harry, Charles's sons from his first marriage to the late Princess Diana;

Prince Andrew, Charles's brother, with his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Their mother, Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, is not attending;

Prince Edward, Charles's younger brother, and his wife, Sophie;

Princess Anne, Charles's sister, and her husband, Rear Admiral Timothy Laurence;

Peter and Zara Phillips, Anne's children from her first marriage;

Princess Alexandra, the queen's cousin;

Viscount David Linley and Lady Sarah Chatto, Charles's cousins, and their respective spouses;

Major Bruce Shand, Camilla's father;

Tom and Laura Parker Bowles, Camilla's children by her first marriage, and their fiancée and boyfriend respectively;

Mark Shand, Camilla's brother;

Annabel Elliot, Camilla's sister, with her husband; and

Ben and Kate Elliot, Camilla's nephew and niece, along with another niece, Alice Irwin, with her husband.
