Amy's hubby skips early release

London - Amy Winehouse's husband has chosen to stay in prison rather than accept the terms of his early release.
Blake Fielder-Civil - who is currently serving a 27-month sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice - was due to be released on Wednesday, but elected to stay incarcerated rather than be forced to live with his mother in Nottinghamshire under a 19:00 curfew.
The 26-year-old will only leave jail if he can return to the home he shares with Amy, 25, in Camden, London.
"It was all set for him to be released, but because he refused to go anywhere other than Camden, it was called off at the last minute," a source revealed.
"He doesn't want to go somewhere where he can't be reunited with Amy and his friends. He'd rather stay inside."
The UK Prison Service was reportedly worried Blake - who, along with Amy, has had a well-documented substance abuse problem - would be tempted to return to a life of drugs and crime if he went back to his old home.
Amy is said to be distraught her husband will remain in prison as she is desperate to be reunited with him.
"Amy is so upset because she thought he would be out for good," the source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper. - Bang Showbiz.com
