London - British supermodel Naomi Campbell was on Tuesday reported to have been banned from flying British Airways (BA) following her recent row over missing baggage.
The model's spokesperson said she hoped the dispute with BA be "resolved amicably".
However, reports said BA had decided to stop flying the catwalk star.
"We do not comment in detail about matters relating to individual passengers," a BA spokesperson said on Tuesday.
But all incidents of abusive or disruptive behaviour towards fellow passengers or staff were taken extremely seriously and would not be tolerated.
"We deal with cases on an individual basis and take appropriate action where necessary," the spokesperson said.
Assaulting police officer
Campbell, 37, was removed by police from a Los Angeles-bound aircraft last week after flying into a rage when one of her bags went missing.
She was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer after touching down at London's Heathrow Terminal 5 and released on bail on Friday pending further inquiries.
"Naomi has been flying with BA for nearly 30 years and has been a good customer. She hopes this can be resolved amicably," said her spokesperson. - Sapa-dpa
