Britney gets 2nd visit with sons

Los Angeles - Britney Spears saw her two sons for three hours on Monday.
The troubled singer has agreed a visitation arrangement to see two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, 17 months, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, and saw them on Monday for the second time in three days.
A source close to the singer said: "It went very well. The children were really happy to see their mother."
Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, added: "These visitations with the boys will help to normalise the family environment.
"Kevin has always wanted Britney to get her visitation rights back and if these visits go well, they will increase over time."
Britney could soon be seeing her children up to three times a week if she abides by the visitation rules, and accepts that her father Jamie, her psychiatrist, a court-appointed monitor and a lawyer must all be present during the visits.
One of Kevin's bodyguards must also be present.
A legal insider said: "It is a lot of people. But if Britney really wants her children back, she won't complain."
The Toxic star will not have a chance to regain custody of the boys until the court finishes its custody evaluation of both parents, which includes looking in detail at their respective lifestyles.
Hearing
Kaplan explained it is more likely the hearing, which was scheduled for April 9, will now take place in early summer.
Meanwhile, Jamie Spears' lawyers filed court papers yesterday requesting the judge quickly end a challenge to Jamie's co-conservatorship - which would deny him control over Britney's $100m estate and daily affairs.
Jon Eardley, an attorney who claims to represent Britney, had been asked by US District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez to file papers by February 22 explaining his challenge to Jamie's conservatorship.
Eardley claims Britney rang him on February 12 and requested he took measures to end Jamie's control which, he claims, "violates Ms Spears' constitutional rights".
However, Eardley told the judge on Friday he needed more time to formally file the court papers. - Bang Showbiz.com
