Cape Town - Prince Harry's girlfriend Chelsy Davy is planning to move to northern England to study at Leeds University.
The Daily Mail reported on Tuesday that Chelsy, who completed a degree in economics and politics at the University of Cape Town, has applied to take a post-graduate politics degree in the city from September.
Chelsy's friends have apparently spoken highly of Leeds University and, in particular, its reputation for having one of the best social scenes in the UK.
The move will also enable Chelsy to see Army officer Harry, who is based with the Blues and Royals at Windsor, almost every weekend.
'The next level'
According to the report Chelsy is hoping the step will make the couple, who have been together for three years, closer and enable them to take their relationship to "the next level".
It will be the first time that Chelsy, who is from Zimbabwe, and Harry will be living on the same continent.
The only problem seems to be the bad English weather.
"She really can't stand how cold and wet England is. And let's face it, you can't get much colder and wetter than the North of England," said one of her friends.
