London - Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily Hutchence, daughter of late Australian rock star Michael Hutchence and television presenter Paula Yates, is to live with Yates' ex-husband Bob Geldof for the rest of her childhood, British legal authorities said on Tuesday.
An official statement said judge Winifred Bracewell had also ruled that four-year old Tiger Lily would remain a ward of court for a further 12 months.
Tiger Lily was orphaned by Yates' death in September.
Hutchence, lead singer of INXS, was found hanged in his Sydney
hotel room in 1997.
The judge refused permission for Hutchence's half sister Tina, who wanted to look after the girl at her home in Burbank,
California.
Tiger Lily has been with Geldof and her three half sisters, Fifi Trixibelle, 17, Peaches, 11, and Pixie, 10.
Tiger Lily was with her mother when she was found dead from an accidental heroin overdose at her home in London's fashionable Notting Hill district on September 17 last year.
Yates, who was 41 when she died, left Geldof, the former lead singer of the Boomtown Rats for Hutchence in 1995 after 10
years of marriage.
