Los Angeles - South Africa's Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has missed out on a second Golden Globe award.
The actress was nominated as best supporting actress in a mini-series or TV movie for her role in the controversial Life And Death Of Peter Sellers.
The award went to veteran actress Anjelica Huston for her role in the suffrage film Iron Jawed Angels.
Picking up her award at Sunday's 62nd Annual Golden Globe Award ceremony, Huston said: "It's such a pleasure to be in this business."
Other nominees in the category included Drea de Matteo of The Sopranos, Nicolette Sheridan for Desperate Housewives and Emily Watson for The Life and Death of Peter Sellers.
Theron last year took home the Golden Globe for best actress for Monster before winning the Oscar for her role as serial killer Aileen Wuornos.
