Music to Bush's ears

Washington - US President George W Bush's taste in music is the talk of the town after the playlist of his new iPod player was revealed.
The president's daughters gave him one of the Apple music players last July and since then the device has become an indispensable exercise toy for the leader.
Bush has an aide download music for him and listens to it while mountain biking, the New York Times reported.
But what songs are on there? Apparently the "First iPod", as the player has been dubbed, is heavy on country music, but also a few classics.
The songs include Van Morrison's Brown Eyed Girl, Stevie Ray Vaughan's The House is Rockin and Joni Mitchell's (You're So Square) Baby, I Don't Care.
My Sharona by The Knack also made it onto the "First iPod", as did John Fogerty's Centrefield. Fogerty was one of the artists on the Vote For Change tour aimed at getting the president out of office.
Bush media strategist Mark McKinnon, who downloaded some of the songs to the iPod, said in an e-mail, "If any president limited his music selection to pro-establishment musicians, it would be a pretty slim collection.
"No one should psycho-analyse the song selection. It's music to get over the next hill," he reportedly told the New York Times. - AP
