'Spider-Man' becomes a daddy

San Francisco - Spider-Man star Tobey
Maguire's fiance Jennifer Meyer has given birth to a baby girl,
the Hollywood couple's first child, US magazine reported on
Saturday.
The baby was born on Thursday at Cedars Sinai Medical
Centre in Los Angeles, the magazine said on its website. No
other details were given about the couple who have been
together since 2003.
The 31-year-old Maguire's movie credits include The Cider
House Rules, Seabiscuit, and the three blockbuster
Spider-Man films. Meyer, 29, is a jewellery designer and
daughter of Universal Studios executive Ron Meyer.
