Pretoria - Prominent Pretoria advocates Dirk Prinsloo and Cèzanne Visser were freed on R4 000 bail each after appearing separately in the city's regional court on Tuesday.
Visser, who has dubbed herself "Advocate Barbie", and Prinsloo were arrested on Friday on charges of indecent assault, attempted murder, possession of illegal substances and pornography.
Visser (25) appeared first in court on a charge of indecent assault and was granted bail.
She also faces a charge of possession of pornographic material.
In a statement read to the court, Visser undertook not to interfere with witnesses. She also said there was a possibility of her becoming a State witness.
The State did not oppose bail.
Visser's bail conditions included that she may not have contact with her co-accused and boyfriend Prinsloo (33).
She may also not have contact with witnesses and had to hand over her passport to the investigating officer.
The same bail conditions applied to Prinsloo after he appeared in court later in the day.
In addition, the court instructed Prinsloo not to leave the magisterial districts of Pretoria and Johannesburg without permission.
Both cases were postponed to February 10 next year.
