Italy - Catherine Zeta-Jones dreams of remaking the War of the Roses with her husband Michael Douglas, who starred in the 1989 black comedy about a vicious marriage break-up.
"I love that movie War of the Roses. I say to my husband it would be great to remake that with me and him in it, because then we'd really get down to serious business," the Welsh actress told reporters in Venice.
Zeta-Jones was speaking at a news conference with George Clooney to publicise the comedy Intolerable Cruelty which was enthusiastically received by critics at the Venice film festival.
War of the Roses, directed by Danny De Vito, is a dark comedy about a couple whose marriage has fallen apart and who fight tooth and nail to drive the other out of the home they share.
