Incorporate good fats into your diet. You can do this by eating foods like avocados, nuts and good quality vegetable oils, or by adding some seeds and oils to smoothies and juices (see my favourite green juice recipes here).

Don’t skip exfoliation. Chemical exfoliants like AHAs and enzymes are better, and two to three times a week is ideal for most people.
