10 things every woman should have

Ask a woman what she hates about her body and she will give you a long list of complaints. So often we feel that we are not thin enough or beautiful enough to get the right job or guy, or to be popular. This is a self-defeating attitude and your body becomes an easy excuse for everything that is wrong in your life. When you have a positive self-image and respect your body, you are more likely to feel good about yourself. When you appreciate your body, it does not mean that you are a failure and can just sit back and do nothing. It means you feel good and care about yourself. It’s also important to have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food and exercise regularly. We can’t all be thin, but we can be healthy.
