Chocolate and oats biscuits

Makes 25 biscuits

Delicious! If you want to make these biscuits extra special, dip them into melted chocolate and leave on baking paper to harden before storing.

80 ml (3/4 cup) margarine, softened

80 ml (3/4 cup) castor sugar

1 cup (250 ml) flour

30 ml (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder

1 cup (250 ml) oats

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a few baking trays. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Sift the flour and cocoa and add to the butter mixture. Add the oats and mix well to form a dough. Roll into small balls and flatten with the back of a fork. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
