Easy lunch Kidney and sausage dish

Serves 4

Microwave power setting: Full

60 ml (4 tablespoons) butter

1 onion, chopped

8 pork sausages, halved

8 lamb kidneys, skinned, cored and halved

30 ml (2 tablespoons) Worcester sauce

5 ml (1 teaspoon) mustard powder

5 ml (1 teaspoon) fresh parsley, chopped

salt and pepper

Place the butter in a bowl and heat for one minute to melt. Add the onion, cover and cook for two minutes. Add the kidneys and sausage pieces to the onion mixture and mixing well. Cover and cook for four minutes, stirring once. Add the Worcester sauce, mustard powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for three minutes. Serve on rice.
