Handling a break up

• Let him or her know how you feel about the break up.

• Talk to the people you trust. Keeping problems inside makes things worse.

• Try to focus on a new relationship.

• Spend time with friends.

• Don’t call her or him, and avoid the person if it’s possible.

• Put all the cards, presents and pictures from your ex away if it upsets you to look at them.

• Become more active and follow your dreams.
