Being healthy means eating healthily and exercising to keep your body in shape

Here are 5 ways to keep your body healthy:

• You have to exercise daily by taking a walk to work, running every now and then or going to the gym. The more you go to the gym, the more you burn fats in your body.

• Drink lots of water, as they say water is good for your body.

• Avoid drinking fluid that contain lots of sugar

• Stay away from junk food.

• Fruits and vegetables are important for your life, they keep your body healthy and they are useful in many ways

• Make sure you have at least one fruit a day in-between meals.

• There is no better way to start your day than with a healthy breakfast, to give you energy in the morning and it will help your mind function better.

• Never go shopping on a hungry stomach
