Question: I am getting married in December and my skin looks dull.

Answer: The brightness of your skin is closely tied to your level of rest. So eight hours of sleep is needed to keep your skin glowing. You also need to:

¦ Cleanse, tone and moisturise every morning and evening.

¦ Follow a balanced diet that is rich in essential fatty acids.

¦ Drink six to eight glasses of water daily.

¦ Gently exfoliate your skin at least twice a week.

¦ Clean your make-up brushes to get rid of acne-causing bacteria.

¦ Use your hands to wash your face instead of a facecloth.

¦ Go for deep cleansing facials every month.
