Ingredients:

1 cup sun-dried masonja

1 medium onion

2 medium tomatoes ( sliced or diced)

Salt and pepper to season

Instructions:

Fry the onion in a medium pan until soft.

Then pour your tomatoes and masonja.

Add salt and pepper.

Cook for 20 minutes.

You also can soak masonja in water until soft before adding them to the fried onion.

Serve with pap or ting.
