Meatball patties

500g lean beef mince

7ml salt

3ml ground coriander

2ml black pepper

45ml chopped fresh parsley

1 egg

45ml oil, for frying

Mix all the ingredients, except the oil. Roll into balls and flatten slightly with your hands. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Serve hot or cold on bread or in a roll with lettuce, tomato and chutney, or eat as is with potato salad.
