T – Arrive on Time

If punctuality is not your thing, you may be wondering what the big deal is. Surely you can be slotted into a later time? Surely it’s about how you do the job and not what time you arrive at work that counts? Wrong. Punctuality is important because it shows that you can manage your time, are respectful and that you are a team player.
