Saucy chocolate pudding

Serves 6

250 ml (1 cup) cake flour

10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder

2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt

125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar

45 ml (3 tablespoons) cocoa

125 ml (1/2 cup) milk

30 ml (2 tablespoons) melted margarine

Sauce

125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar

30 ml (2 tablespoons) cocoa

500 ml (2 cups) boiling water

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an ovenproof dish. Mix the first five ingredients together. Mix the milk and margarine, and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well and spoon into the greased dish. Mix the sugar, cocoa and boiling water, and pour over the batter. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked. The pudding will have a cake layer on top and chocolate sauce at the bottom.
