10 things every woman should have

Our ability to love someone and be loved depends greatly on our self-esteem. You cannot share your feelings, emotional needs and values with someone if you lack confidence and don’t respect yourself.

Confidence in yourself has nothing to do with how much you earn. However, you cannot be successful without believing in yourself.

The pastors at the Christian radio station Radio Pulpit give this advice to boost your confidence:

1. Know your strengths and weaknesses. You will be able to improve your weaknesses if you know what they are.

2. Make friends with yourself – stop being your own worse enemy.

3. Think positive thoughts about yourself.

4. Ignore how other people determine their self-worth. A flashy car is not a measure of your value as a person. Determine your own value.

5. Remember: No matter what people say, you are more valuable than a crown of jewels!
