Sometimes, what is on the outside counts

We are so consumed about what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis: is the food we are eating healthy for us? Are we drinking enough water to keep us hydrated during the day? And, are we getting enough vitamins and nutrients to keep us healthy?

“We should be as concerned with what we are putting inside our bodies as with what we are putting on our bodies,” says Stacy Roberts, Clere Marketing Manager.  “Our skin requires just as much concern and care as the rest of our body. Sometimes it really does matter what is on the outside.”

When standing in front of the lotion selection, you can become over-whelmed by the variety of options, all promising different benefits. It’s important to ask yourself three questions:

  1. Does it provide all day moisture?

It is important for your lotion to help keep your skin hydrated throughout the day, as your skin loses moisture, especially in summer. By choosing a lotion that aims to keep your skin moisturised for 24-hours, you don’t have to worry about your skin drying out while you are on the go.

  1. Does my skin receive the vitamins it needs from my body lotion?

Your skin needs vitamins just as much as your body. Your lotion should include essential vitamins, giving your skin the best possible care: Vitamin E is an essential anti-oxidant that protects and repairs your skin, while Vitamin A is used to help keep your skin even-toned.

  1. 3. And, do I like the fragrance?

You need to like the fragrance of your lotion as many body lotion fragrances linger on your skin throughout the day.

Clere Body Crème and Hand & Body Lotions are enriched with Vitamins E & A and Glycerine which aids in the moisturising of your skin and keeping it that way for 24 hours.  Clere will help keep your skin hydrated and looking healthy. There is a choice of 7 Clere fragrances to choose from: Avocado Milk, Cocoa Butter, Natural Olive, Milk and Honey, Lanolin and Glycerine, Rich Musk, and Tropical Coconut.
