Spoil your feet

• Use warm, not hot, water with mild soap to soak feet. Test the water temperature with your hand or elbow. Add a few drops of peppermint, lavender or aloe vera oil, if you have extra money. Otherwise bubble bath works just as well. Soak feet for about 10 minutes.

• Use a pumice stone to rub dead skin off your feet. You can make your own exfoliation cream or scrub with body lotion and brown sugar. Massage your feet with this pasty scrub.
