The Holy Spirit

John 16:7;14 ASV, "Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I go, I will send him unto you... He shall glorify me: for he shall take of mine, and shall declare it unto you."

If I were to paraphrase the words of Jesus, I would say, "The person who knows me better is the Holy Spirit, AKA, the Comforter. He'll come on my behalf and He'll make sure that you know me better as Him."

Any preacher who is led by the Holy Spirit has to exalt Christ at all times; unfortunately we have always made the devil the celebrity. We know more about the power of darkness and demons and less about the Light and Holy Spirit.

Freedom will reign supreme in the church if believers can give more tribute to the Holy Spirit's ability to lead us to God's plan and stop giving the devil the tribute of leading us out of God's will.

We need to rest and trust the ministry of the Holy Spirit, most definitely; He will lead us into all Truth (Jesus) and all of hell cannot stop that. His role is to keep our focus in Christ.

If the preacher is upholding his ministry more than Jesus or giving sin power over the finished work of Jesus Christ, his ministry should be questioned because a Spirit-led preacher will uphold Jesus and acknowledge the power of the finished work of Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit is our paraclete or a friend who always walks along side with us, this means He is not here to judge us but to renew our strength by testifying to us the finished work of Jesus.
