Yoghurt jelly

Serves 8 -- 10

Use jelly of you choice and match the yoghurt’s flavour and colour to the jelly.

2 packets (80g each) strawberry jelly

400 ml (1½ cups + 5 teaspoons) boiling water

400 ml (1½ cups + 5 teaspoons) cold water

357 ml (1½ cups) strawberry yoghurt Fresh fruit or fruit salad of your choice   Method

Put the jelly powder in a mixing bowl, add the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add the cold water, and stir to mix well. Add the yoghurt, and mix well until blended. Leave to stand until the jelly begins to set and then refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with fresh fruit or fruit salad or ice cream.
