100 - 18 Years of ANC Selfish Struggle!

12 July 2012, 11:12

Most households now know – President Zuma needs protection from the ANC and this has been more evident in most centenary lectures. South Africa and the ANC is waking up from pre and post Polokwane stupor and to the clear and present danger – once vehement comrades are about to shoot each other dead. Ooops! It’s already happening.

100 – 18 years of ANC selfish struggle – the almost centenary celebrations and lectures have only helped to unleash the divisions within this once mighty and selfless revolutionary movement. And if one looks and listens carefully – it’s abundantly clear Nelson Mandela is the only true surviving liberation struggle leader.  And post 1999 the ANC unleashed greed unto the masses.

The worst for the ANC was 2008 when like a rotten carcass – the ANC helped to breed very greedy, selfish, self-serving and undisciplined paper revolutionaries. Just like a dead elephant - parasites invaded the once mighty ANC.

The expediency at which today’s comrades will climb on the memory of  Albert Luthuli, Walter Sisulu, Govan Mbeki, OR Tambo, etc. knows no bounds.  And the marriage of convenience between ANC and Nelson Mandela is also evident today.  Some go as far as comparing themselves to Nelson Mandela of the ANCYL, which is like comparing a bicycle and Mercedes Benz.

While the ANC is self-distracting – service delivery takes a costly backseat and the masses have to call upon the judiciary to intervene like it happened in Limpopo text books and Mpumalanga Carolina sagas. Education in Limpopo has simply become a test of survival skills between two warring ‘elephants’ Malema and Zuma supporters and obviously anything tiny shall simply be trampled to obscurity.  Like animals preparing for a cold winter in the Artic wilderness - most municipalities are dysfunctional because some comrades are looting in earnest preparing for post Mangaung in case their horse looses.

Forget nationalization and so-called second coming or transition – the real struggle today is about comrades maximizing wealth at any cost. Even if it means ridiculing, insulting or even maiming the President of the ANC – the means would justify the perceived end in some circles. The President of RSA is not safe from his own party because himself and his so-called comrades are fighting over who controls the country’s resources. I cannot imagine Nelson Mandela being afraid around OR Tambo!

The masses are just hapless spectators who don’t matter now but until the next election when the vicious cycle shall again commence with a vengeance.

ANC rules, ANC lunatic!  100 – 18 years of Selfish Struggle. Amandla owabo!
