Hi all, I am a South African Citizen living in Thailand. I am sure a few of you have heard the story of the South African who was killed here in Thailand, but I doubt many know what is actually happening now.
I am writing this post to try and gather as much support as possible for the 3 year old boy who's father was viciously killed here in Thailand by this little boy's Thai mother, her Thai brother and his Thai grandmother.
The little boy has now been reported missing, not even the police over here know where he is. What is beginning to unfold on this side is, the grandmother has now been released, even though she has admitted to being involved in the murder, the little boy has now also been put into her custody, which we all know is not correct.
The father, Mr. Ozwald Duvel, who was apparently a fairly well off guy has been fighting for custody of his son for some time now, he was lured to have a meeting with the mother and this is when he was killed.
A few of us here in Thailand are trying our utmost to try and get as much attention to this story as possible, to try and save this little boy from any danger he might face. We want to get him out of Thailand and to South Africa where he has loving family who wants him safe and out of danger.
Unfortunately this whole story seems to stem from greed that the Thai family wants to get their hands on any money that they can, even go to the extent of killing someone.
This little boy needs everyone's help to get him to South Africa as soon as possible. I have already sent mail to the South African immigration here in Thailand and many other people who has political ties here in Thailand to see if anyone can help.
If anyone from News24 reads this, I am asking for your help and support to get this to as many people as possible to see what support we can all gather to help this little boy.
If anyone can help with regards to anyone who has contacts in the media please let them get this issue in as much media as possible so that more people can be made aware of what is happening so that we as South Africans can help get this young boy out of Thailand and to South Africa.
